The remis is a fixed-price private car service. For wineries, hire one for the day (USD 80-120) and build your own itinerary. The driver waits at each winery.
Rental car -- Maximum flexibility
From USD 25-30/day. Warning: if you want to taste wines, you need a designated driver. Police enforce zero-tolerance DUI rules with frequent checkpoints.
Bicycle -- The star of Maipu
In Maipu, bikes are ideal. Flat circuit, 15-20 km total. USD 10/day includes helmet, lock and map. Visit 4-6 wineries at your own pace.
